I'm on day two of my fourteen-day phase I stretch of the South beach
diet. I am trying it because I really need to lose that tire around my
waist, and I know that this diet has worked well for others. I need
the will power. so far, my weight is 200. We'll see how it goes...

I haven't been blogging regularly. I have been having trouble getting myself
organized since I hurt my back. But things an starting to get back to the
way they were. The therapist has me on a schedule of stretching exercises
etc. In a week I will be able to bike to work every second day. Then the
week after, I will bike every day.
