I didn't bike-- haven't been biking for a while :-(.
I didn't go jogging today but went yesterday. I need to get some things done. Work is piling up, and christmas is racing fast toward me (as usual).

  I have not been biking for over a week. I went to the docto Monday for a follow-up and my blood pressure is still high. I'm on medication for this. I've been working on my Web/Pockept PC shopping list app. Spent 12 hours so far. And I spent 4 hours working on a Web version of Change Reqiuest. Last night I downloaded the trial version of AppForge and spent four hours playing with it because I may be invovled in a Windows Mobile barcoding app.
