Yesterday Hannah performed for Malanka. She did very well. Rob and Jackie, parents of Hanna's friend Sara came along. The food after the performance was excellent. Tody I took Hannah and wesley tobogganing at Fort Henry. It was fun, but Hannah was not happy. On her third run she ran into Wesley who just wiped out on the hill. She sat out for a few minutes. She then agreed to go back on the hill if she could go down with me. So we went together. Unfortunately we ploughed up so much snow that our faces were covered. Hannah was upset. She was done after that :-(

  I have been going to the gym regularly. Things are going well. probably stil 200 lbs tho :-( And I have been jogging at noon. That reminds me.... gotta go!

  Still have not been biking. Christmas came and went-wow it goes fast. back up to 200 lbs. Going to the gym most mornings for a 20 minute workout. I painted two pictures by Lemieux and framed them.
