202 lbs today. Couldn't sleep last night - people making noise on the street. Went jogging. Biked in today. Goott go home soon. First I need to submit my grant application :-)
Didn't jog at noon - - had to provide support through lunch hour :-(
I'm leaving early. On my way home to go to Alwington Party at the beach.
200 lbs today! That's it! Over two weeks I've lost 5 lbs just by biking! Yesterday I slept in so I took the car. It was really raing hard, though. Today it was a light rain, so that's ok. The Alwington Park picnic was scheduled for tonight, but it will be cancelled.
202 lbs today! Biked in on the new bike (Bianchi) that I bought for $70 at a garage sale. I shaved 10 minutes off my time coming in! Normally it takes an hour or longer! Jogged at noon. 16 minutes time to go to TMF.
Slept in today. Was tired. Didn't cycle in. Cat kept me up most of the night. Not good. On the plus side, down to 100 lbs :-)
203 today. I slept in until 6:30. I did bike in today, though. I left at just before 7 and got here at 8. Jogged at noon. Felt good. Raied after the jog, so the timing was right!
203 today! Some progress! Biked in as well! But I didn't jog at noon - just too much work, and I wanted to have the BBQ sausage deal at lunch! I will stop off at the bike store on the way home to look at pannier bags. I need new ones because mine are falling apart and are too small for the laptop.
Drove in today. Not a good idea. I'm getting too lazy. But I did have a lot of stuff to truck in (2 laptops, 2 pocket pcs, etc. etc. Tomorrow I will cycle.
Went for my physical today. Blood pressure up, and I gained 9Kg since last visit three years ago. That's the bad news. The good news is that my IBM laptop arrived, and boy is it sweet! IGB RAM, 80211.a/b/g wireless, etc. Brand spanking new too! Glad I took the car today! Wouldn't want to take it on the bike!
Biked in today again. Helped out at the BBQ and they gave me a free hamburger meal. Rained like hechk an hour ago, but it looks ok now. Hope it holds out!
202 today. Well, I feel better. I biked in again today. Weather was not good. Rainy. Nice here now, though. Need to rush home to go to the soccer game with the kids. Yesterday I had to stay late to do a software demo. Left work at 6 p.m.
208 today. Either I gained two pounds last night, or that scale is not accurate!
Today I biked in, and I jogged at noon. Makes you feel good! I have to get in the habit of doing that, because I'm far too tired after work!
Well, 206 today. I am getting frustrated. It is very hard to stick to a regime of diet and exercise.
I want to stick to it, though because I know I will feel better when I am thinner. Taking the bike has helped, as well as the jogging at noon, which I started last week. However I slept in this morning and ended up taking the car :-(
It's been great weekend. Of course, it's along one. Canada day.
Friday I went with Wesley to visit the H.M.C.S. . Kingston.
Took he kids to the sky's the Limit festival in City Park yesterday. It was warm and sunny. The kids got some nice toys to take home. Lots of free things to See and do.
Today we are at the beach. It's a little cooler and windier but that's ok.
I felt stuffed most of the day. We went out last night to Montana's and I had the all-you-can-eat ribs. Shouldn't have. Oh well. Still at 204 lbs. Worked today at the FoxPro report for Andrea in Toronto. The report is just about finished, except that it needs to be ordered.
