   Well, not so good yesterday. Only 1800 steps. that's pretty bad. On another topic, I'm getting ready for the big trip to Philly next Wednesday. 
   
    
 
   
        
   
   
     
   
   Yesterday I logged 8510 steps. That's more like it. But it takes quite a lot to get up to 10000 per day, I can see. i don't think that I have lost any weight - - at least not yet. But it can't hurt! 
   
    
 
   
        
   
   
     
   
   Still at the same weight - 201 lbs. But I'm trying something new. Obtained a Step With It! pedometer and am using it. Yesterday I logges only 3793 steps. You need 10000 per day in order to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
